White Knoll Middle opened as a school for grades 7-9 in 1992. When WKHS opened in 2000, we converted to being a school for grades 6-8. We remain committed to being a school Where Kids Meet Success.


Classroom Supply Lists 2018-2019


  • All teachers return to work on August 14th

  • All teachers and staff attend the Convocation at White Knoll High School Stadium on August 15th

  • All students return to school on August 21st


The Fall athletic season is DAYS away. If a student is interested in trying out for one of the many sports WKMS/WKHS has to offer please plan accordingly! Here’s some Cross Country, Football and Volleyball TRYOUT information:

  • WKHS Cross Country tryouts for all students enrolled in grades 7-12 for the 2018-19 school year will begin on Monday, July 30th-August 3 from 6-7:15 p.m. at the White Knoll High track. Attendance is mandatory. The team time trial will be held on Saturday, 8/4 at 9:00 a.m.

  • Volleyball tryouts are August 8th and 9th from 6-8PM in the WKMS gym.

In addition to our normal summer cleaning, we have two great projects going on at WKMS this summer. Our parking lots are being repaved and lined and our front secure entrance is being updated for better security for our students and staff.

Summer Reading Information

All WKMS students and rising WKHS 9th grade students are encouraged to read and participate in the summer reading Bingo game. Students who will be taking English 1 Honors or English 2 Honors next school year need to complete the required reading and assignment. Please see the web links below for assignment details.  The Schoology code for this is: 8P5GK-7H2JN
